Trovvi AI Family LLC (“Trovvi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Trovvi AI, an intake service that answers phone calls for family law firms. When you call a firm that uses Trovvi, our intake agent asks your permission before we text you about your inquiry. This page shows exactly what the agent says, which messages you may receive, and how to stop them.
1. Program Summary
- Program: Trovvi AI intake and appointment text messages.
- Sender: Trovvi AI Family LLC, on behalf of the law firm you called. Every message names that firm.
- Messages: appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups about booking or rescheduling, and replies to texts you send.
- Frequency: varies; usually no more than five messages per consultation, plus replies to texts you send.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time.
- Help: reply HELP, or email support@trovvi.ai.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or of booking a consultation.
2. How You Opt In
Consent is given verbally during your phone call. After the intake agent confirms the best number to reach you, it reads this disclosure word for word and waits for your answer:
“Can we also text you at that number about your consultation? [Firm name] uses Trovvi to send your appointment confirmation, reminders before the appointment, and follow-ups if you need to book or reschedule, and you can text back with questions. It's usually no more than five texts. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP anytime to opt out, or HELP for help. Is that okay?”
- If you say yes, we may send the messages described below to that number.
- If you say no, or don’t clearly answer, we won’t text you. The firm will reach you by phone or email instead.
- Your answer is kept in the call recording and transcript, with the date and time of the call.
3. Messages You May Receive
Messages are only about the inquiry you made and your consultation. Wording varies by firm; these examples show a typical booking with a firm called Smith Law.
- Right after the call: a confirmation of your booking, or, if the call ended before booking was finished, an offer to finish it by text. “Hi Ana, this is Smith Law. You’re confirmed for Fri, Oct 9 at 2:30 PM. Could you reply with your email address so we can send your appointment details? Reply STOP to opt out.”
- The day before: “Hi Ana, this is a reminder from Smith Law: your consultation is scheduled for Fri, Oct 9 at 2:30 PM EDT. Reply STOP to opt out.” Reply C to confirm or R to reschedule.
- Shortly before: “Hi Ana, your consultation with Smith Law starts soon, at 2:30 PM EDT. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- If you miss the appointment: “Hi Ana, we missed you at your consultation with Smith Law. If you would still like to talk, pick a new time here: [link] Reply STOP to opt out.”
- If the firm can’t reach you by phone: a text letting you know they tried, and at most one more reminder the next day.
- Replies: answers to questions you text, such as changing your appointment time.
4. Stopping Messages and Getting Help
- Reply STOP to stop all messages. CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, and OPT OUT also work. You’ll receive one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed.
- Reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in.
- Reply HELP or INFO for help, or email support@trovvi.ai.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Your Privacy
Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details.
